In 2012 Visit England removed all B&Bs from their web site and outsourced responsibility for quality assessment to G4S. Thus Visit England ceased being a shop window for UK or overseas
visitors wanting B
& B accommodation.
We do not agree with this change of policy and so, after being accredited by
Visit England/Britain for 9 years with four stars and 4 years as Gold Award,
we left the scheme in 2012. However we strive to maintain and indeed improve on
the 4 star gold standards we achieved.
